Apostille is a specialized certificate issued by the Secretary of State to verify the legitimacy and authenticity of educational documents, enabling recognition by all 117 member countries of the Hague Apostille Convention. Each member country requires an Apostille by the Secretary of State of the Department of Higher Education of the United States.
We provide document certification and legalization through embassies or consulates as required, maintaining standardization of distance education and quality assurance for all students enrolled in the United States and across all 50 states, as well as international students enrolled through accredited US educational institutes.

For countries not party to the Apostille Treaty (those without Apostille certification), documents are accompanied by a state-issued certificate instead.
For Non-Apostille countries (those which have not signed the US Apostille Treaty), a certificate from the state is attached with the documents instead of an Apostille. The certificate from each state varies from the other and thus there are 50 different kinds of certificates, each corresponding to 50 states.
